Non-Performance & On-Site Fees
If the agent arrives or is already in transit and the signing cannot proceed, the full travel fee (100%) remains due. This applies when the signer lacks a valid, unexpired government-issued ID; is not physically present or is a no-show; lacks the mental capacity or willingness to sign; or when documents are incomplete, missing pages, or unprepared.
By booking, you acknowledge that travel fees are non-refundable once the agent has been dispatched or the 2-hour window has passed.
